Purchase the graphics that you desire.

After you purchase your graphics, fill out the client questionnaire and please be as detailed as possible

Once you finish filling out the questionnaire, email chakeladesigns@gmail.com with your pictures and/or videos.

Once everything is finish, you must pay full payment before we start your project. No Payment = No Project Our payment method is Cashapp

Now that everything is done, the graphic designer will email you to confirm your order. Please wait at least 24-48 hours to receive an email.

When will I receive my project?

Our turnaround time varies depending on the graphics you purchase. YouTube graphics turnaround time is about 4-7 business days. Branding projects take up to 10 business days to complete.

 *Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday)*

What's the difference between revision and rebranding?

Revision is small changes to your project such as a font or color change, whereas rebranding is a big change such as your layout and concept of your project.

Am I able to make any changes once my design is completed?

No, changes can't be made after the project is complete. Any changes you want to make after your project is completed, will result in you having to purchase the rebranding fee of $25.
